Ecigfair.com beware - review e-liquid.cn

Ecigfair is a Chinese electric cigarette company that has a very bad name in the ecig community.
Not only are these people rude, dishonest but they also try and rip their customers off.

We have had many emails complaining about this company.
People have placed orders, and received a tracking number to wait weeks trying to track a parcel that does not exist, only to have the time to claim by PayPal expire.
Some of these orders are hundreds of dollars and even over $1,000. Which is a lot to lose and not be concerned.

They have it now stated that if you are paying with PayPal that you cannot put a dispute in until 60 days.
If you do try and complain they will black list you from not only this site but also e-liquid.cn which is their sister site.
You can still order from e-liquid.cn but you have to pay with bank deposit or western union.
Where as a customer if you do not receive your goods tuff luck.

The emails that I have seen are disgusting in the way that they actually call the customer names and swear at them, all for asking for a correct tracking number for an order.

They have also been known to sell and deliver goods that do not work. and are broken. Trying to get a replacement or a refund is impossible.

There are many other suppliers, that customers do not need to put up with sellers like this giving others a bad name.
Many of the bigger sellers in other countries are no longer supporting their products due to these issues.

"Based on what I've seen on many forums, I'm going to speculate based on a few known facts.

1. This distributor/manufacturer uses a variety of aliased websites to sell their products.
2. They consistently send the wrong items, and say they will correct the item on the next order.
3. They use delay tactics to make people frustrated enough to give up their money.
4. They claim that the product they send is an "improvement" of some kind over the product ordered.
5. Tx and I order directly from China on a fairly regular basis and have never had this kind of experience.

Here is my theory:
These manufacturers use individual buy websites to dump their returned wholesale products on unsuspecting customers in order to recoup the cost of their wholesale mistakes. The consistent level of incompetence is so extreme that it cannot be accidental. It's classic bait and switch, but because they are in China they get away with it."
